Default Adding ProductID to the Admin orders page

I have an interesting one that doesn't seem to have been disscussed yet. . .I have a host of online classes that I am selling through my cart. I titled the classes using the date they are taught and the state they are taught in. I separate the class types out by using categories. It flows very easy for the customer, but the trouble happens when I have multiple classes being taught in the same location on the same day but are of different prices.

I would like to know of a way to include the categoryID or the ProductID in the Orders Page in Admin so that I can keep these different classes separate without having to query the database for this information.

    Any thoughts?

Do you have model numbers associated with your products?

Not currently - but if that field shows up in there, I could use it. Is that information displayed on the order's page?

Yes, there's a "Model No" column to the right of the product name.
