.pdf and cd?

Trying to add 2 options to the same listing.A download of a pdf and a cd of the same material.The .pdf would be a download and i would ship the cd but wanted the two options separate but on the same listing.Right now i can get it to display cd media and the .pdf but they are both radio buttons that are permanently checked.Way it is now you have to buy both as you cant uncheck either of the radio buttons.Any fixes to this?

You appear to have made 2 Option Names and 1 Option Value for each ...

You need 1 Option Name and add all option values to that so there can be a choice ...
