    Default Help Urgent Please

    I deleted 1 product on my cart and it deleted all 300+ products with categories everything.

    Is there any way to get it back?

    I really don't want to spend weeks to get all the products back, and my site is live, so I'm going to lose all my customers


    PLEASE HELP

    No, unfortunately only MySQL database backup from like 2 days or something ago.

    Is that the only way?

    How much alteration in 2 days? might be a better place to begin than where you are at.

    Then re-step what you did for removing one item should not cause what you are seeing

    Also for an active shop = a daily DB backup is in order

    Well I added about 100 products on Sunday, and that just out of the backup.

    Will do daily back-ups then.

    Damn, but its gonna be one hell-of a job to do it.

    What I thought is like the pics that never get deleted, the products might also not get deleted, but oh-well what can one do.

    It went so nice and smooth, for 1 day...

    Do you, by any chance, have a development site installed locally on your pc, that included all these products? If so, then you could import this data into your live site.
    I ALWAYS have my live site, and my local development site synchronized with each other, so if one of 'em looses something, I always have a backup. Of course, backing up everyday is a plus, also.
    Teach them to shop and they will shop today;
    Teach them to Zen and they will OWN a shop tomorrow!

    I developed as a live site, I never did as localhost or something like that.

    I afterwards just gave the link on my home page.
