    Default Not able to add new categories

    I am using version 1.3.7 and after a product (apparently to the top level) I seem to have lost the capacity to add categories). The button doesn't appear. I've tried clicking on the green tick icon and/or the X but this doesn't help.

    Can anyone advise?

    Zen Cart does not work properly with products and categories in the same level, so when a product is added to a category, subcategories cannot be added to the same category, and vice versa.

    You need to delete the product from the top level; then you can add categories and put products inside those categories.
