problem with system setup

hi
when i tried to install the zen cart i received error message on the system setup section.
the message i received :
physical path is incorrect.

i tried anything but nothing work
my website sit under htdocs directory so we tried to write:
/htdocs/cart but nothing!!!

someone???

You should specify the full path of the physical directory, ie. c:\(path to www directory)\cart(or whatever its named)
