That would happen if the breadcrumb.php class file didn't get loaded. Check to be sure the file is present and complete. Perhaps it failed to upload properly?

Thank you for that information. It turns out that I was missing my breadcrumbs.php...odd, so I put a fresh one in from the zipped download from the zen cart source forge site. The site is version 1.3..6 so that is the version i used to replace the missing breadcrumb.php
As it turned out I ended up having a few missing files...weird but I wouldnt know why since I was not the one handling this project when everything went hay wire.
Anyways, Thank you for your help and I will reply to this thread again if i have any issues
