Reread my previous post carefully.
You will want to make the category and header images with the bullets and text as you want them, then name the images according to the instructions and save them in /includes/templates/your_template/buttons/english/.
When you do that, the Categories Dressing code will automatically replace the text with the images. Same with the Image Titles code for the sidebox headings.
