Manufacturer linked error...but not when clicking same item via search?

A weird thing happens when a new manufacturer is added. If you click that manufacturer from the left box, it gives an error (http://angelkissesforyou.com/clothin...acturers_id=27). I did a search for this product & was able to click it & it went there fine (http://angelkissesforyou.com/clothin...products_id=67).

Now the weird part...
If I add another product to that same manufacturer, the problem goes away! I can sometimes delete the 2nd, dummy item, & it's still OK, but not this time.
In addition, the person I've designed this site for is NOT ok with this & doesn't want to have to add add'l items just to resolve an issue (such as a manufacturer only having 1 manufacturer).

What can I do to get this to function normally????

What do you have on lines 55 to 65 in the file:

I wasn't sure if counting should start at 0 or at 1, so I copied both files that gave errors when clicking manufucturer, which shows from this link:

Your error message refers to line 62 in:
/clothing/includes/languages/english/index.php

There are not 62 lines in that file ...

From the file that you are showing I am not seeing what you may have in the way of space(s) or blank line(s) at the end of the file which is the cause of this error ... but it makes little sense that it only happens on this manufacturer ...

I would rename this file:
/clothing/includes/languages/english/index.php_HIDE

and reload a clean untouched copy from the original download of Zen Cart and see does this fix it ...

If so, then I would make my changes again with a good TEXT editor ...

NOTE: you are changing core files and should be using the templates and overrides to make your customizations ...

This happens with just about ANY NEWLY created manufacturer. Some work, some do what this one is doing. sometimes adding a 2nd item fixes it, sometimes not. I'll see if I can get the index file replaced...
