Shipping Estimator Popup - Javascript Errors in IE

Hello,

I am having trouble with my UPS shipping estimator popup window. Basically when someone enters in their zip code and presses update to get the prices, a 404 page not found comes up. This only happens in IE. There seems to be a javascript error document.getElementById()....I'm assuming this is happening because IE doesn't support document.getElementById(). It works fine in FF, probably because of the better handling of DOM in its browser code. I was wondering if there were any patches to this problem as i did not see one on the forums.

if you scroll down you will find the post of the BitComet addin. This seems to be the common link.
