Installed the google base mod today, but when I press the upload button in admin I'm getting this error:

Processing: Feed - No, Upload - Yes
Upload started...
Login failed:
Connected to: uploads.google.com
Upload failed...
What does it mean? I think I may have done something obvious wrong.
