OK, so I went to the horse itself to find out why i couldnt upload my products to froogle.. here is what they told me

The disapproved status is a content problem, that problem being you
can't list dropship items its against Google Base guidelines and
policies.

I wish I knew that B4! I spent freaky 2 months trying to figure out..I should of read the policies better, my question is, how the hell do they know I am selling drop ship items? the links are from my own website!?!? Weird..
