Can ZC work offline?

i've been having server downtime recently, and was just wondering if there is a way to work on products offline, and then upload them to the server. FTP, mysql ??? any ideas

i'm using 1.3.7

also are there any other product feed besides google?

Hi, I am a designer and it is importaint for me to have a server on my laptop and transport to clients. There is only one server that I know of that works without an internet connection and it is vertrigo server.

There isn't much support for the server but I know it is works great for zen cart but without an email client........ For development is works great.
