So I know how and where I can change the layout of the Product Info pages, I'm looking to do the same thing with the EZ Pages.

What I want to do is on the eZ pages I want to remove the 'continue' button (I'm thinking a code change which is no big deal, just need to know which file to edit) and I'd like to move the table of contents box.

Any suggestions?
