Strange shipping cost calculation

Hi, I have come across a slight problem with a customers cart.

All works fine but when the shipping calculator is used, certain products cause this message to appear:

'Zone Rates (The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time)'

with a €0.00 shipping calculation.

This only happens with certain products.
The free shipping module is used for viewing cards, table/zone are rates used for other items.

If you choose the following, you will see what is happening.

add these items to the cart:
1 Sky viewing card
1 Freeview card
1 85cm dish with quad lnb

and then check the sipping for the Netherlands.
Now replace the 85cm dish with a zone 2 dish with single LNB and recalculate shipping, everything hunky-dory!
I know it mentions lbs rather than Kgs in the calculator, just another job to do.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

What are the settings in the Zone Rates?

2 of these products are .001kg and 1 is 16kg ...

These are the zone rates set for Europe not including Germany as this is the base of the store.

1:5.00,5:12.50,10:16.50,15:20.00
Handling Fee - 8.50

The two lighter products are just viewing cards and have free shipping applied.

You need to set something for what happens over 15lbs or it goes to 0.00 ...

Thanks for the update that you were just missing a setting for the heavier weights in your Tshipping module and could fix this ...
