Quick question - switch/maestro cards with 1.3.7

I'm sure I read this version allowed issue numbers from switch/maestro cards to be taken without having to install any modules. However, I received a switch payment today and no issue number arrived.

Is that ceon module the best to install for using in conjunction with virtual terminal and 1.3.7?

I installed the ceon mod which is excellent, except it's going to cost me £30 to get it to work with my server.

Is there any other option for taking maestro, switch details? or if anyone can advise me as to how I can fix the below. Also does the below matter as I'm already running a SSL checkout.
