Using Zencart with a Real Walk in Store

Ok. I am thinking about something because I need a solution fast.

I am going to be opening an actual walk in store.
However I want to keep my Zen Cart Database up to date.
So here is my thought.

Process Payments this way. Internet connection to My Zen Cart Site.
Logged on as myself. Find items fast by using the sku numbers then checking out as myself (To calculate the tax.. Keep track of sales because All sales are made by me) Then proccess the Real Live walk in with the total. Swipe card or take cash.

Now the only thing in question would have to be. How can I make unlimited purchases for myself without having people on my site seeing something like, Walk in Payment when they go to check out.

Is there a way to make one person (myself) with some kind of running total?

Create a shipping zone for yourself and only apply Store Pickup to that.

If you do want Store Pickup as an option for clients, then clone it and use the clone for your personal one.

(This is only half thought through and pre-caffeine so it may not be as simple as that! )
