in:
[select value from sessions where sesskey = '5d986d80ab398e4cc88c44ce33197bf1' and expiry > '1201549476']
I have no idea what this means, I can't access my store, after spending hours reading all the material I am posting this error message.
I hope you can help me

It means your database server is having problems accessing the filesystem files that manage your database data specifically related to the table named "sessions".
You should contact your hosting company immediately for assistance in repairing the table or determining whether there is a disk-space problem in your hosting account.
You could also try using a database-repair option if you have one in your hosting control panel.
