Attributes showing as (£0.00)

Hi,

I'm new to Zen Cart so please bear with me.

I have a couple of issues....

1. I have added some attributes to a product and want to display the price next to each attribute eg....

Single (£10.00)
Double (£20.00)

(I am using radio buttons)

However, although the correct prices are used when I add them to the cart they are currently displayed as....

Single (£0.00)
Double (£0.00) *Please note the zero's!


I have tried using product priced by attribute and all the other options I can think of but am obviously missing something quite simple.

2. I would like to add images for some colour attributes. The images are currently being shown one under another and I would like them to appear side by side as they do here.....

Could somebody please tell me what I need to do in order to achieve this.

I am not seeing attributes with $0.00 prices ... were you possibly able to correct this issue already? If so, how?

I have now worked out number 2. For anyone else having the same problem the options are set in....

Option Name Manager - and then edit and change the image style.

What happens if you switch to Classic Template do the prices work?

How do I change?

Basically we had this template made for us and I'm now trying to add products to it.

I take if it I change I can change back with no ill effects? (A real newbie question!!!)

Templates can be changed any time back and forth ...

Go to the Admin ... Tools ... Template Selection ...

In the dropdown you will see your current template and you will see the Classic Template ...

If you have not altered the core code, the Classic Template will run as a clean Zen Cart site ...

This will tell you if your template is the cause ...

When you want to switch it back just use the same method to change it ...

As to how did you setup your attributes ... go to the Attributes Controller ...

Find that Product ...

Find an Attribute and hit Edit ...

What are your settings?
