Pending Orders Inacurate

Pending orders on the Admin home page are inacurate. I have no orders pending yet the home page in the admin is telling me that I have one. I think this may have been caused when I was testing my Gift Vouchers. I deleted some test users and there could have been an order that was not approved yet.

Any help on how to clean this up?
