Default Authorize.net Service - How contact?

The phone number provided on the Zen Ventures LLC reseller page goes to Authorize.net directly, and those guys said that they were not the right contacts, that instead I needed to contact Zen Ventures LLC directly.

    Here's the number provided:

    866-437-0476

    http://reseller.authorize.net/application.asp?id=131345

How should I contact Zen Ventures LLC to talk about an Auth.net account?

    Many thanks

    Dog Tags-

Sorry there was some confusion at AuthNet. Please call again and be sure to ask for Karisty. We are Associate resellers and not direct resellers and someone had the wrong information.
Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

Thanks, Kim. I'll give the same number a shot later and ask for Karisty.

I especially had questions about the listed fees. Near the top of the chart is this:

    Payment Gateway Fees
    Per Transaction $0.10

But near the bottom of the chart is this:

    Optional Merchant Account Fees
    Transaction Fee $0.25

    1. Does that mean that each transaction incurs a $0.35 transaction fee?

    2. What does "Optional" mean?

    3. Who determines if the $0.25 trans fee is "optional"?

Also, there's no mention if there is a limit of on the number of transactions of, for example 250 transactions, after which an additional $0.10 per transaction is tacked on.

I'll give those guys a call and bend their ear a bit. Thanks, again, Kim
