Define To what? Fort some reason my message is not showing up and it IS in the english.php file. I have another cart with same template and everything and cannot get it to work at all. I am really frustrated with this.;
Maybe your templates and overrides do not have the right code in them?
What happens if you switch to Classic Template for a minute, does the message show?

I swithched to Classic Template and it still does not work. I am baffled at this and wish I could get it to work.
Go to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ...
In the bottom input box enter in some of the message that you are seeing in the english.php and do a search on that in the Catalog ...
Now, look at the CONSTANT that is associated with that and do another search on the CONSTANT to see where you have this defined ...
Do you find another file that contains the CONSTANT without the message?
