ImageHandler2 Help Please

I posted this in the imagehandler2 thread but no one has answered I really need some help here.

I assume the problem is with this plug in because if I un-install imagehandler2 all products show back up.

Here is the problem:

Can someone please tell me if any one has an issue with the cart messing up after loading up more then one product for sale while using image handler 2?

I installed a fresh zen cart, then installed this plug in and all worked fine with one product but if I add more then one product I lose most of my side boxes - all listings will not show - well actually zero content shows on the site.

Anyone????

Are you using a standard template, or have you installed a custom template (eg, from Template Monster)?

Classic (standard template)

I fixed the issue and I have no idea why it did what it did.
Maybe if I post here you or someone else will be able to let me know.

I went into the tools>imagehandler2

I then deleted the image handler 2

all works well and when I say all I mean the image handler 2 is working perfectly as well all though it shows it as not installed.

So I have no idea why this worked for me or how this worked for me but it worked.

Does anyone know why? It would be good to know in case this ever happens again.

OK PLease forget the post I made above this one it is still not fixed.
He loaded up another puppy and the image is huge.

If someone will help me with this I would appreciate it. I can send you his url to see the site if you like.

It's some time since I did an install of IH2 on a zenshop, so my memory's a little rusty...

...but I do recall that certain files must be added to CUSTOM template folders (template_custom).

Try this...

FTP this folder in IH2...

includes\templates\template_custom\popup_image_additional

to your server...

includes\templates\classic\

so you get...

includes\templates\classic\popup_image_additional

As this does not over-write any files, you can just delete it if it does not work.
