Paypal IPN - Duplicate orders

I wasn't sure whether to put this here or under payment/shipping modules, so move it if necessary.
I just installed the latest patch for paypal express/ipn and did a test order. I basically purchased something, paid for all but 1 penny with a gift certificate and paid the rest through an alternative paypal account.
It redirected perfectly and completed the transaction.
Then, in my email I get confirmation of two new orders (only one payment). Order 134 & 135. They show up in my admin too.
I have Paypal Debug msgs coming through, but I really don't know what they mean, or where to find out.
Anyone know what's going on?
Oh, it's also showing up in "My Account" when I log into my site that I have placed two orders. Ack!

I installed the new patch for 1&1 customers and appear to have fixed this issue.

Thanks for the update that the latest PayPal Patch for v1.3.7 has appeared to correct your issues ...
