Quantity discount pop-up window

I am setting quantity discounts on my products. I have figured out how to set the attributes for pricing but have 3 questions.

1. The pop up window opens with the discounts and the generic text "This is a paragraph of text in the window to see what it does to the size. the currant size is pretty small and hard to read." How and where do I eliminate it and add my own text?

2. Can the attribute"Quantity Discounts Available " be moved to a higher location (i.e. discounts, than size, than color, vs being at the bottom.

3. Can I increase the font size and where??

The text can be changed in the following file...

tpl_main_page.php

for me it's located in the following folder...
