Track inventory by attribute

I have shirts in my store in various colors and styles. When I add a white shirt for example, I list the shirt and attributes for the shirt size.

I have 3 small shirts, 8 medium shirts and 14 large shirts. How do I set up Zen to track inventory of each size of shirt? I can only figure out how to track the total number of shirts, but not to track inventory count by size. Is there a way to do this? If not, is there a contribution that will add this feature.
