Customer enters new shipping addredss an gets error

I have a bit of a emergency on a site that is live when the customer goes to change the shipping address it will not input the country it just loops with the same error message. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

You must select a country from the Countries pull down menu.

If this was an upgrade make sure you did not miss anything ...

Thanks for the update ... glad you found the solution ...

The missing classes were so you didn't have a dumb looking layout with the new code where you would see the input box when it was closed etc.
