scrolling sidebox troubles

[FONT=Century Gothic]Hi, everyone. I got the idea from seeing the zenportali website @ http://zenportali.com/ that i could create a scrolling marquee as a sidebox. I created a scrolling marquee that DOES work (see: http://www.imagemakermats.com/marquee.htm). Now I just need to figure out how to transform it into a sidebox (seems like they all have to be PHP, right?) I did try to use the "tpl_specials.php" sidebox posted by Sn0ut. That did not work when i had a sampling of 3-4 items. I had set the "tpl_specials.php" sidebox to be single column/right sided and nothing appeared. it was as if there was no sidebox at all (no big error message or anything).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers[/FONT]

[FONT=Franklin Gothic Medium]i ended up using the blank side box module however i'm running into some difficulty when it comes to size of the side box. the side box is twice the size of my marquee. how do i size the side box? you can find my marquee here on the main page.

if you tried to see the scrolling 'specials' sidebox without any specials on special nothing would appear...

Checked and rechecked both in sideboxes and modules categories..unable to locate

My Bad....there are ones for specials, new, etc and the OP was looking to make a marque and I mis pointed/referenced this as "featured" but the concept is the same
