I have followed the instruction of modifying logo and header files, and mistakenly modified the init_includes\init_template.php,as a result of syntax error i cant solve, can someone tell me where can I get the default file back?

You don't have to reinstall ... just unzip the Zip file and reload the file that you messed up to your site ...
