PayPal Express Not Allowing Discounts?

Hi,

The tax is not showing up if the customer does an instant credit card payment on paypal express checkout.(ie paying with CC without creating a paypal account) Any ideas where I will have to look for this

This fix worked great for the paypal express module, but I'm still have the same problem with discounts not being applied using the PayPal IPN module.

Is there a similar fix for this module?

I also have the same problem. Site is www.faydesigns.net. I am using ZC 1.3.8 and Paypal IPN. The order total on my ZC page shows the discount deducted but when you go to Paypal there is no discount. It is putting a lot of customers off - they abandon the purchase. I have looked through hours and hours of threads and ZC tutorials but can't find an answer to this.
