Help Please

I am totally new to ZenCart and absolutely, totally confused. I have finally found my store, again and bookmarked it this time so I have easy access.

My question, among a million others is: I want to change the "Congratulations! you have successfully, etc...... it tells me to open the includes/languages/english/index.php file to fix that...Well where is that file????????

Like I said that is one of my million questions I have regarding this program. I don't think this is a very user friendly at all, especially new people.........any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
