help with module

I was trying to convert an Oscommerce module to incorporate with my zencart.

I have not used Oscommerce earlier and this is my first attemp with zencart also.

The Oscommerce module currently has structure

catalog/includes which i understand resembles zencart/includes
catalog/admin which is equivalent to zencart/admin
Please correct me if I am wrong.

this module also has some files like catalog/file1, catalog/file2
which i do not understand where in the zencart folder shall they be placed.

I think some templates file will need to be created. Plz guide me through this .

P.S. the module i m trying to import is Point and Reward system.

I am half way through incorporating the module into zencart. If someone could help on the file structure i can have the mod running.
