    Default shared ssl problem

    At checkout I get the following : a 404 page not found, The requested URL /intackshop/zc_install/index.php was not found on this server.
    The path the host supplied is
    https://www1.securesiteserver.co.uk/username/.

    The username supplied is 10 digits.

    I've set the config files as below.

    Also I asked my host:

    I've read on the cpanel that the path to my site changes in https.
    In the code below, does the https path need to be changed here as it is relative to the top of the web space?

    // these paths are relative to top of your webspace ... (ie: under the public_html or httpdocs folder)
    define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/');
    define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');

    They replied:

    You may want to try setting the path to: /fs/home/41/i/n/intackshop/public_html

    If this is the case where would I put it?

    I'm going for a lie down as my heads hurting.

    I really would appreciate some help setting the paths.

    The path to the site changes when using https but I don't seem able to set it.
    Any thoughts?

    Could you let us have a link to your site. I am using shared ssl and all is working. If I can see your site I might be able to help.

    The site is www.intackshop.co.uk.

    The enables in the config files are currently set to false as the site is live at the moment.

    The two config files with set to true are posted previously.

    Thanks in advance.
