If you goto http://209.85.82.163/ You will see 3 small boxes with images in them. One says Self-Defense, another says Exercise, and the other says Rehabilitation. I put these in using the define pages editor on the main page. I have 3 new animated flash images (.swf files) that are the exact same size that I'd like to replace these 3 jpg images with.

How would I go about doing this?
