My entire site was lost due to a freak accident with the server at BlueVoda and had to be recreated from scratch as thier backups do not do a complete restore. I actually did this before but now I have forgotten how. I searched and searched the faqs & tutorials and the forum and can not find the answer this time.
When the shopping cart is empty 3 centerboxes show up. I want the featured centerbox to stay but the new products & monthly specials boxes to be removed. You can see what I mean here:

How do I remove those 2 center boxes? I already have them both set to off in the admin, tools, layout boxes controller.
