There are 2 folders in the contribution you need to rename to cherry_zen, and I think you may have missed the second one. Regardless of why, though, you're missing the file stylesheet_categories_menu.css from INCLUDES/TEMPLATES/CHERRY_ZEN/CSS/ folder.
