Ever Get Random ! marks in HTML emails?

Hi All,

Experiencing random ! exclamation marks in HTML emails (as well as some text styles being of one size vs. another) from some of our sites on the order confirmation emails.

Both sites are running on the older v.1.2.7 - would this be a Zen cart or a host/mail server issue or something else entirely?

Was this issue ever resolved? I am having the same issue in 1.3.8
