im after something like this for my store

the customer can add in details and it goes through to the cart, but ALSO shows them in a picture,
I have a simple version of this on my site already using attributes, but i really want something that can update a picture as well like in the link

is there a add on/ contribution that can do something like this? (have looked)
or can someone point me in the right direction on where to start?
