Like a few new zen cart user's I am sure you have seen this before:

1.copy content of the includes folder to your Zen Cart includes folder.

I am a new zen cart user and at times I read things quickly because I am in a hurry to get things to work, so the key word "contents"
gets ovelooked.

I have an Xampp install on my winxp machine so I can play with my site before I upload it and what I do to preclude the problems with duplicate folder's is drag and drop the folders into my sites folder which is under htdoc's and you should get a prompt to overwrite the folder with all changes and if you answer yes the files should be copied to the correct locations. I ran into this problem with infopages and sang_embed and by using the method above I install infopages with one mouse click. Then I went to admin and completed the install, worked perfect the first time.(total install time 2min). Uploaded site thru FTP and worked as I expected.

For the sang_embed if you create a folder in template_default folder (sang_embed) for example. then drag the three folders(css, jscript, common) to this folder (sang_embed) and follow the directions in the install it should work.
