Shipping Zones Question

Hi..

I'm having to match a flat rate on a shopping cart, that is pretty basic, and I felt could be set up on the "zones" shipping module. My problem is that I need it to also triple that rate for the States of Hawaii and Alaska, which also matches the rate for all the other countries outside the US. Any suggestions how to make this happen? I tried to exclude and then make those iso codes a part of zone 2 with the correct shipping fees, but to no avail, the cart continues to calculate US shipping (zone 1) for those states. Any suggestions?

Here is Zone 1: (US, CA)
2:8.00,5:12.00,9:16.00,14:20.00,19:25.00,24:30.00,29:35.00,39:40.00,49:45.00,50: 50.00,10000:50.00

Here is Zone 2: (AK,HI,PR)
2:24.00,5:36.00,9:48.00,14:60.00,19:75.00,24:90.00,29:105.00,39:120.00,49:135.00 ,50:150.00,10000:150.00

And Zone 3 is all other countries: (00)
2:24.00,5:36.00,9:48.00,14:60.00,19:75.00,24:90.00,29:105.00,39:120.00,49:135.00 ,50:150.00,10000:150.00

Am I doing something wrong? I also tried making the exemption for AK, HI - but I still get Hawaii and Alaska to configure as the US....I'm actually stuck with this configuration table, no matter how hard I have tried to convince them to obtain a USPS module or other method. Any advise is appreciated.

Is is or is it not possible to setup AK HIU and PR as a separate Zone to ship too I

The Zone Rate zones is based on Countries ...

There is an Add On for Zone Table where you can defined specific Zones and setup your rates that way ...

Peek in the Free Software Add Ons and do a search on:
Zone Table

I believe the one that would work for you is the Zones Table Rate (for Multiple Zones):

This says it's for 1.3.7, so is there an equivelent that's for 1.3.8a or would this be compatible?

It works with 138a no problem
