Adding a page just for banners?

I would like to have a suggested site page where I can list various banners of different business. I cannot figure out how to do this? I am wondering if I need to have the code for the banners and just place into the text section? Someone sent me a link to there banner but I cannot copy and paste. I saved it onto my computer and tried to input it but that didn't work either. It also moves...if that makes a difference in how to display it.

Use EZpages, paste the text in there but in plain text mode...in some cases, you may have to upload the image to your server but that depends on the code provided by the other party.
