    Default categories box expanded by default

    I want to make the categories box like in the picture attached.
    Basically it should list all the categories (expanded by default) and have special offers with images and text inserted between categories.

    I need the source code used for listing the categories and displaying the special offers so that I can copy/paste it to create this new box. Can anybody tell me where can I this code?

    Also if you have other suggestions for creating this box please let me know...
