Installation problem

Hi I'm trying to reinstall v1.3.7 and I am getting fatal Errors do anybody
have an idea what is going on? the errors are as follows

Reupload all of the files- looks like you have missing or corrupted files.

I have reinstalled several times acctually my last install was with a brand new download.

After 2 more uploads if finally looks like it works
