weird errors when I try to chenge product descriptions

when I try to make changes to my product desriptions in the admin site when I try to inset the product I get this text below:

1054 Unknown column 'products_height' in 'field list'
in:

what does it mean and how can I stp it?

Its happeeing even if I try to create a new product.
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Hi,
Assuming you started to install the AustPost shipping module, you have 2 options.

1) Complete the installation (login to admin, go to /modules/shipping/ click 'install' on the austpost module)
or
2) Restore the 3 files in /admin/includes/ that were replaced with your attempted installation. You DID make a backup first didn't you? (if not, reinstall them from the zencart distribution archive).

What's happening is that the files you have replaced refer to database fields that don't exist until you complete the installation.
