    Default More lost paypal orders

    I just got an email notification of payment received from Paypal, but there was no accompanying Order Confirmation email. So I logged onto the zen admin, and there was no order showing up. I'm stumped as to why. (I'm using PP IPN).
    It all started when yesterday I had a customer who paid with an e-check. No order showed up. After a little research on the forums, I figured out that I need to install the patch. So I installed the patch and everything went smoothly. Now the next order is this one, and it didn't process properly. I need to figure out what went wrong before I get another order.
    I checked in the PayPal Profile, IPN is set to On and Auto Return is also set to On. The only other thing I changed yesterday besides installing the patch is in my PayPal Profile's Auto Return URL, I added https instead of http.
    I need help...

    OK, so I ran a test order and figured out WHAT"S going wrong. Apparently Auto Return doesn't work for customers paying without a PayPal account. So, whether an order shows up or not all depends whether they decide to hit Return to Merchant or not. That's pretty dumb. Strange thing is, I never had this problem before. Also, wasn't that PDT thing that was included in the patch supposed to fix that?
    What am I to do?

    Install this: (PayPal Sessions Viewer)
    http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...products_id=84

    Once you've got everything uploaded properly, go to your store, in the Customers link (in the admin) a new link should be in the drop-down menu: View Stuck Paypal Orders.
    On that page, find the order that that person placed. (the newest orders are on the bottom). It's a little hard to find the info, but if you look hard enough you'll find the person's name. Once you're on the right order, look for this:
    PAYPAL SESSION INFO for record #**, which expires on *******
    Session_ID=98******88a2d1f1411*****8cae
    customers_host_address => wireless-***-clients.********.com
    cartID =>
    cart => Object id #21
    contents => Array
    214 => Array
    The line you want is that last one - except yours won't start with 214. But the important thing is, that number is the item number, in my case it was item 214. So once you're determined your item number, enter this in your browser:
    http://www.YOURSTORE.com/index.php?m..._id=PRODUCT_ID
    Of course, change YOURSTORE to your own store's address. Change the PRODUCT_ID to the one you just found. Presto!

    Thanks, I tried to install paypal sessions viewer however I can't get it to work I can only get it to show the first few lines of info and then there's nothing below it, just a blank page.
