Giving Up - mess from language switch

i have tried many ways to correct my config in the template but still get messy layout. Is there a easy way such as a user friendly template that allow me to change all headers, copyright etc in a single file? or where can i put a file to override all existing apperances? (developing site: brandmakershop.com/store/index.php)
