website looks messed up on Internet explorer

i think its the newest version of IE that my website looks messed up on.
it looks like this:

my host said it was a problem related to how i changed around the code on my zen cart site. does anyone know how to fix this problem?
it works fine with some Internet explorers but not the newer version of it

[/FONT][FONT=Verdana]<br class="clearBoth" />

immediately after the last </div> statement in your includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_header.php[/FONT]

What is the logo height in the css or in the header.php language file?

could you please tell me where in the css to look for the size. i dont see a specification for size in the header.php. is that located in :
includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/
