Font issue please help

I am so frustrated! I have been trying to fix this font issue I am having for hours on end and have had no luck.

I am adding products via the admin in Zen Cart. In the description for the products I have it set to Arial 12 for the main description and Arial 10 for the ingredients beneath it so that it will be slightly smaller. It looks fine on that screen until I hit preview and then submit. Once I view it on my website it doesn't look the same. It either all looks times new roman or it looks arial but all the font is the same size even though I set it at 2 sizes. I am attaching a screen shot of what it SHOULD look like.
