Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/opt/RZphp4/includes') in /mnt/web1/50/29/51522029/htdocs/admin/index.php on line 23

You are missing one file and perhaps more.

Download your current '/admin/includes/config.php' file to your hard drive, same place where your 'admin' dir. is now. That gives you a working copy of your current Admin config file.

Now reupload the 'admin' dir. from your computer. This should replace any missing files without changing your current ones.

Hi, I've got a similar problem.
Tryin' to open Admin panel gives me this:

Warning: main(DIR_FS_CATALOG_LANGUAGESitalian.:/php/lib/php/meta_tags.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /web/htdocs/www.vidyamedia.it/home/relaishop/admin/includes/languages/italian.php on line 50

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'DIR_FS_CATALOG_LANGUAGESitalian.:/php/lib/php/meta_tags.php' (include_path='.:/php/lib/php/') in /web/htdocs/www.vidyamedia.it/home/relaishop/admin/includes/languages/italian.php on line 50

What do you think about it?

I tried to put the path but now I've got a sinthax error
Maybe I just need the right sinthax on that line?
    This is what I did:

    require(DIR_FS_CATALOG_LANGUAGES . $_SESSION['language'] . '/' . $template_dir_select . 'meta_tags.php'.include_path='.:/php/lib/php/');

    I know... I'm a zero on php :)

    Thank a lot for help

    sophia

Your 'path' information does not appear correct within your Admin 'configure.php' file.

When using another language, you must make sure that all required language files are correctly uploaded.

I would suggest you first get the site working in English, then try using Italian.

Now I just re-installed from scratch, everything is standard.
The shop (green temp) opens, but I still can't open the Admin.
I got no errors as before (language is just english)

Even tryin a customer LOGIN I got the same: browser lookin' for address and then time outs

Yesterday I had same problem at first

Could it be because of HTTPS?
Should I try to put it to false? (just to understand if my problem is there?)

    Thank you
(sorry if my english is rough :-)

    I would say, Yes.

If your SSL Cert is a Shared one then you should get the correct path to use from your Hoster.

Now I have access to admin panel

    What about SSL certificate?
If I haven't a shared one (I'm checkin' with the provider)... and if I got a different one (I mean not a shared one) how do I install it on the server? There's a special installation process or a special place where to put it on?

    Thanks so much again

Normally, your Hoster installs the SSL Cert, no matter what kind you have.
And you should know if you have Dedicated SSL Cert as you have to purchase and pay for it, yourself.

Just to be sure... you mean that whatever certificate I'll get... I need to ask to the hoster for install it?

    Tnx again
