    Default emails not working

I know there a quite a few threads on this , but I cant solve this one.

No e-mails are being sent by one of the zen 1.3.7 sitres I have recently taken on to support. I have turned on the archive , to check they are being generated , which they are . tried changing between php , sendmail and sendmail-f , none of which made any difference.

tried sending e-mails through order update , new customer conf, and newsletter sending , all say they have sent , none ever reach the destination.

    Any help appreciated as usual.

    Thanks

This problem has reared its head again , I have just asked the host , what this means in the CGi error logs

    2007-07-24 17:23:47 1IDNAp-0000Za-0L failed to open /usr/exim/spamdomains when checking "/usr/exim/spamdomains": Permission denied (euid=544 egid=544)

Seems to appear every time i try to send an e-mail from the zen site.

Any server guru's out there can shed any light on why it keeps happening , most greatfull , thanks

    Sounds like a host problem.
