CSV Attributes into DB

Hey all,

Does anyone know how to insert an attributes csv into their database? I have thousands of attributes for thousands of products and Ive tried easy populate, but whenever I try to upload my atts it asks me to download my easypopulate.php file. This isnt something that I can use the copy to product or copy to category function for either bc I'll be copying til next summer. I have a csv file set up and Im thinking there surely must be a way to import that into my DB. Any help with this would be really, really awesome!
